Korkmaz Panel, with its dynamic, young, and experienced team, is among the leading companies in global panel production, maintaining a strong commitment to quality. Our company has a daily production capacity of 1000 m² of panels, manufacturing various sizes and dimensions on presses measuring 13 meters in length with a pressure capacity of 600 tons. Our panels feature superior sealing properties due to their interlocking design. Our corner panels, 'T' panels, and narrow panels are among our exclusive productions.
For the panel surface material, POLY, PVC, Cr-Ni, and GALVANIZED sheet metal can be used. Our cold room panels are produced by injecting 42 (+/-2) kg/m³ density polyurethane foam between 0.50 mm sheets on both surfaces, forming interlocking panels. Our panels are manufactured to meet the B2 fire resistance standard by default, with the option to produce them according to the B1 fire resistance standard upon request.
Depending on their thickness, the panels are kept in 600-ton presses for a minimum of 30 minutes and a maximum of 90 minutes until their reactions are fully completed.

Our production consists of interlocking panels with a Plywood top surface and a poly sheet bottom surface, injected with 42 (+/-2) density polyurethane. Panel thicknesses are 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, 200 mm, and the width is 1110 mm.
